Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking an individual to fill the positions of a Remote & Hybrid On-Site (Torrington, CT) / Remote Support Specialists, eLearning Training Creators. Working with our Async Team, you will help design, develop, evaluate, and restructure Therap’s online classes and training solutions. This is a great opportunity for self-motivated applicants looking to develop eLearning material on both a conceptual and practical level in a creative, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, innovative e-Learning, live virtual, and flipped-classroom learning experiences that are clear, concise, and accurate.
• Collaborate with the Async management team, support specialists, subject matter experts, and others on solutions and programs for various learning needs.
• Leverage modern software and best practices, including micro-learning, gamification/badging, and social/community aspects, to create interactivity and support engagement.
• Monitor and manage SCORM-compliant eLearning material with a focus on keeping them current and making iterative changes in response to participant feedback.
• Provide reports and status updates on project progress and eLearning material efficacy.
• Bring new and innovative ideas to the course development process.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Director of Support, Digital Transformation or their designee.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Self-starter who takes pride in attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated interest in learning technologies, instructional design, digital media or related fields
• Experience with online course creation software (EasyGenerator) preferred
• Exposure to or experience with human services field a plus

Salary Range:

• $44,000-$85,000
